Can't withdraw on Ho-Forex

Their website on my computer was huhui, on my phone huhuiasiahk, and their url includes ho-forex or something. They seduced me to trade forex on their platform. At first there was an instructor who would guide me. After I lost a lot, no one cared about me anymore. When I realized something wrong, it was too late. My withdrawal request was still being audited after two weeks. Their customer service is missing.
