Funds security and withdrawal issues

The withdrawal hasn't arrived for three months. The customer service was certain that the withdrawal was going to arrive. All the wiuthdrawal need is more time for the transfer period. It should have arrived within 48 hours. But now it has been three months and I don't receive any of my withdrawals. So I want to know that can I continue operating here as for my account security? Can I receive my withdrawal?
