In March, 2016, I opened an IB account, zhangyim@126.com, through EA. After that, I made handsome profits. I also contacted 10 clients or so, bringing the commission to $3000. As you can see on the first picture, the broker offers deposit bonus that supports margin, meaning that if the equity falls below the balance amount, the bonus will support the remaining equity. But after several trades, I have acquired some faulty losses. I read their Terms & Conditions on the second picture and it says that if the equity becomes less than the bonus size, they will cancel the bonus. This is wrong. I will take action on this and report to CYSEC for further investigations.

I deposited fund on OctaFX in early October. My account was 4161630. Previously, it only promoted the convenience of the funding channel, talking none of the limitation. Actually, only BTC and other online platform are available. The fund couldn’t be withdrawn into domestic accounts. On December 10, the platform claimed that RMB funding channel was available and the withdrawal could be received in 3 hours, 3 days at most.But the 10000 RMB withdrawal I applied on December 13 hasn’t been received yet on 18. The customer service is out of contact. Hope you avoid the platform.
