After the NFP data released, my position was closed compulsorily without reaching the stop-loss price 1480. During it, the system also got stuck for 5 minute, thus unable to check the trading, while the the virtual account hadn’t such a problem. Meanwhile, the price was different between virtual and real account. The highest price in real account was $1479.53, while $1479.25 in virtual account. I require IC to compensate me the losses and the profit of this order. The screenshots are the evidence.

非农数据公布后，行情没到我的止损点1480但还是被强行平仓。而且数据公布后大概五分钟时间服务器宕机无法登录看五分钟时间服务器宕机无法登录看盘交易。我登录了ic的模拟盘账户一切正常，就是实盘账户宕机登不了。而且模拟盘和实盘的行情报价还不一致实盘最高价格1479.53，模拟盘最高价格1479.25。我要求ic赔偿我的交易损失和这一单的盈利损失。上图为证。
