Unable to withdraw

On January 17th, I applied 2 withdrawals, since the card I bound was a second-class, only one of which was received. That day was Saturday, the bank didn’t address it. I was on the express during the weekend. I dealt with the card on Monday morning, at which time the customer service contacted me. But on Tuesday, he disappeared. With my constant urge, the customer service coped with my problem on 28th, now being disappeared again.

2020.1.17号同时出金两笔，因为我绑定的是二类银行卡，所以只有一次712美金的到账，另一笔要弄好银行卡才行，因为当天是星期六，办理不了，星期天和星期一要回老家一直在高速上，星期二一早就去银行办理了转为一类银行卡，星期一的客服还联系我了，但是星期二（1.21）开始就联系不上了，后面在我一直紧追的情况下，回复今天28号上班了处理，结果今天一早就联系不上了。
