At 20:45, May 22th, 2019, the lowest gold ask in London was 1270.84. They made my order stop loss exactly at this point. However, my stop loss level was 1271.51. Moreover, I checked the asks of other platforms, which have no situation like this. All their lowest asks were above 1273. There was a time before, they made an order even though there were still 20 pips away from my set order. I questioned the service, who just canceled my order and told me it was fine.
